Gadget trend changes rapidly in recent years. We've passed in 2011 for approximately 5 months. There are a few gadgets in our monitoring will be the trend this year. Here is the list that we record for you.
1. Blu-ray:
Goodbye DVDs because you have been replaced by Blu-ray. Its high definition picture quality really is tough to beat. Once you go HD, there is just no way you will go back to your typical resolution. More and more titles are being released, so prices of Blu-rays have gone down recently, making it more affordable for the eager middle income consumer. More homes will eventually end up discarding their DVD player and replacing it with Blu-ray.
2. HD Gadgets:
Whether it is television or a camcorder, the gadget trend is really to go high def. Once you have experienced the wonders of high def TV or movie viewing or even recording events in HD, why turn your back and do it the old fashioned way? That just does not make sense. So once you have experience 1080p capability, that sets your new standards. Hence, it is a sure thing that more consumer gadgets will be coming out in high def before the year ends.
3. Projector:
Because everyone wants to have their own “cinema” at home, not even the declining economy these days could stop people from investing on a projector. In fact, it is one of the hottest gadget trends of the year. Why so, you ask? Well it seems nobody wants to spend money to drive all the way to the cinema, look for parking, spend an arm and a leg for the ticket and then spend even more for your munchies, when it is much more convenient to just stay home, invite friends over, prepare some popcorn and pop in the movie,
4. Google Android:
Want to have internet access wherever you are? What better gadget to make that possible than the Google Android. The mobile device is steadily gaining momentum as you can see more and more people playing with their phone in public areas. It is bound to rise in popularity in the coming months before the year ends. It is one of the most popular trends in 2011.
5. Tablet Computers:
Thanks to the launch of Apple’s iPad and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab, there is now a clamor for tablet computers. After all, they are handy and easier to bring around than a laptop. For those avid readers, having a tablet computer is more practical than lugging around books wherever you go since you can store a lot more than you can read in one handy gadget. No wonder it made it to the top 5 2011 gadget trends.
